Oh my gosh, WHAT A CRAZY NIGHT!  I have known Sarah since her little one was six months and love her blended family! Each session of theirs is so fun so of course I was looking forward to seeing everyone this night but just as I was leaving for the session a fire broke out near the canyon we live which is never good. I drove down with my camera and noticed the fire was much closer than I thought. Knowing we have a great fire department and a road between us and the fire, I was pretty certain it wouldn’t get near us… and it didn’t but it was in the back of my mind.  I met up with this gorgeous family at Union Station and of course the wind picks up LIKE CRAZY which isn’t good for hair (especially bangs!) or fires.  Bangs and Fires… sounds like a good band name. ha!   Sarah was understandabley not a fan and I don’t blame her so we go looking for all the spots we could hide from the wind and though we weren’t too successful, overshooting was the answer because DANG I love these images so much!  After heading off from this session, I came back to a contained fire and a house still standing! A huge thanks to this sweet  family and to all the fire departments everywhere!  Love you all!
